Claremont Ranch is a newer Colorado Springs neighborhood in the eastern part of town that offers newer single family homes and town homes. There are several different filings of Claremont Ranch with the new neighborhoods to the southwest.

Spanning views of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak, coupled with it’s convenient location has made Claremont Ranch a hot destination for Colorado Springs home buyers.

Claremont Ranch Boundaries:

  • South and East: Highway 24
  • West: Marksheffel Road (There is a planned business park in the NW section of Claremont Ranch.)
  • North: Constitution Avenue

Claremont Ranch Real Estate Information:

Claremont Ranch started growing in 2001 and is still offering new homes today. Builders include: Beazer Homes, Pulte Homes, Hallmark, DR Horton (Melody) and Richmond American Homes.

Most homes in this neighborhood have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. These homes are 2-story homes with a basement, but you will find some one-story ranchers as well. There are several townhome communities in Claremont Ranch as well.

Homes in Claremont Ranch go on the market for anywhere between $140k – $300k, with the average available home listed in the low $200k’s. These homes sell for between the mid $100k’s and low $200k’s.

Townhomes go on the market for anywhere between $130k – $160k and will sell in the mid $100k’s.
