Parkwood is a John Laing new home community:

“Come explore the four beautiful, brand new model homes designed exclusively for Parkwood – a new neighborhood at Wolf Ranch.  They may remind you of Colorado Springs’ older homes, with attached garages in the back and lots of charm in the front.  All stucco exteriors and unique outdoor spaces will be sure to create a fresh, modern way to live. “
