2008 Annual Eastside Colorado Springs Real Estate Information – Homes for Sale
The Eastside Colorado Springs real estate market saw an average of 239 available homes for sale each month in 2008. An average of 78 new listings came on the market each month and an average of 44 homes sold each month.
So, we an average of 19% of the available homes SOLD each month (9% – 22.75%). The most sales were in June – at 57 sales (21.5% of the inventory). The slowest month in 2008 for sales was December (20 sales, 9% of the inventory).

Buyer Tip: The best selection of new listings was in May, but the better time to negotiate would be in the Winter months when there are less sales.
Seller Tip: Seeing as most homes in Eastside Colorado Springs are so similar, the best time to sell your home would be when there is less competition. Based on this graph, that would be in November and December when there were only 220 other homes for sale – compared to July when there were 274 homes for sale.
