2008 Annual Northeast Colorado Springs Real Estate Information – Sales Price Data

The Northeast Colorado Springs Real Estate market saw a 2008 annual average sales price of about $229,419 and an annual average median sale price of $202,646.

Buyer Tip: Northeast Colorado Springs has homes built in the 1960′s all the way to new and high-end custom homes in University Park. Although there are less homes to choose from, the Winter months seem to be the best time to get a home at a lower price.

Seller Tip
: To get the most money for your home, make sure it is the BEST condition and priced AT (or slightly below) market price and have it available to show during the higher dollar months of Spring and Summer.

Don’t be afraid to offer what you and your real estate agent determine to be a fair asking price. Support your offer with comparable SOLD and ACTIVE homes in the area.

Seller Tip: Regardless of what you may think, most people do not like ot negotiate. If you price your home correctly, you are more likely to get a full priced offer. Whereas, an overpriced home tends to get low-ball offers as the buers may think the seller is totally unreasonable … thus resulting in an unreasonable offer.
