Comments: Throughout the year we saw the number of available homes for sale in SE Colorado Springs dropped significantly as the year progressed. The most available homes for sale were in January (252) and the least amount of homes were available in October (142).

SE Colorado Springs real estate market report for 2009 - Sold homes

Comments: The SE Colorado Springs real estate market saw a total of 659 homes sell in 2009, which is significantly MORE home sales than we saw in 2008, at 520 home sales. The most homes sold in May (77) and the least amount of homes (30) sold in January 2009. An average of 55 homes sold each month.

The average time that a home in SE Colorado Springs stayed on the market was just 77 days (just over 2 months!). This is just 3 days longer than the time on market in 2008 for this area.
