The main neighborhoods that make up the Powers area are: Stetson Hills real estate market, Springs Ranch real estate market, Greenhaven real estate market, Indigo Ranch real estate market and Cimarron Hills real estate market.

Comments: Throughout the year we saw the number of available homes for sale in Powers Area Colorado Springs kind of tapered as the year progressed. February had 384 available homes for sale. The least amount of homes were available in December (250 homes). An average of 83 homes were available each month in 2009.

Comments: The Powers Area Colorado Springs real estate market saw a total of 1,001 homes sell in 2009, which is 101 MORE home sales than we saw in 2008, at 900 home sales. The most homes sold in July (110) and the least amount of homes (43) sold in February 2009.
