• Active homes for sale: 84 (13 new listings in September )
• Homes sold in September 2008: 6
• Average Sale Price: $171,833
• Median Sale Price: $134,250
• Average Days on Market: 80 days (up from 61 days in July)
• Average Sale Price/List Price: 99.3%
