The Colorado Springs Foreclosures market saw almost 1,000 foreclosures sell in the first half of 2009*.

765 Colorado Springs Bank Owned homes sold – These are homes that fully went through the foreclosure process and were then sold by the lending bank to a new home-owner.

206 Colorado Springs short sale or pre-foreclosure homes sold – These are homes that were at some stage of foreclosure and sold before the home actually foreclosed.
