Charleston Place is a Colorado Springs Neighborhood in the Briargate area that was built in the late-1990’s to about 2001 and most homes offer spanning front range and Pikes Peak views. You will recognize Charleston Place as the neighborhood that has the horse and carriage emblem on their signs and fence posts near the intersection of Research and Union Boulevards.
