Colorado Springs Neighborhood Report: Oak Valley and Oak Valley Ranch

Oak Valley and Oak Valley Ranch are Colorado Springs neighborhoods that are nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the northernmost part of Colorado Springs School District 11. Wildlife is abundant in theses areas, and it is more common than not to see a herd of deer and multi-point buck roaming throughout many homeowners’ back yards and driveways. If you are lucky, you will also see the occasional fox or big-horned sheep wandering around. Just be careful for the mountain lions!

    “Directly across Centennial Drive from Ute Valley Park”

    Do you mean “Centennial Blvd” or “Vindicator Drive”? There is no “Centennial Drive” in Colorado Springs.

    This error doesn’t inspire much confidence in your knowledge of the area.

    David – Thanks for pointing it out! That was a minor oversight on my part. We grew up in this area, and the slight mistake of blvd vs. drive does not have any negative impact on my knowledge of this area. I will get it changed right away. Thanks again! :)
