Wolf Ranch Neighborhoods: The Villages and Parkwood

Just north of Research Parkway, are the neighborhoods of Parkwood and the Villages at Wolf Ranch – a newer Colorado Springs neighborhood.

Parkwood is a John Laing new home community. Per the John Laing website:

The Villages are new single family home sub-neighborhoods within Wolf Ranch with a density of no more than 11.9 homes per acre. New homes for sale in this Wolf Ranch neighborhood sit on lots ranging from about 4,000 sf – 10,000 sf.

These Wolf Ranch neighborhoods are also home the Wolf Ranch Gateway Park. (Another Gateway Park is scheduled to be built on the SE corner of Briargate Parkway and Wolf Center Drive, in the “Estates” neighborhood.)
