Wolf Ranch is a master-planned Colorado Springs neighborhood, a Nor’Wood Community, in the northeast part of town.

Wolf Ranch Neighborhood Boundaries:

• West: Powers Boulevard and Tutt Boulevard
• East: Black Forest Road
• North: Old Ranch Road
• South: Just north of Woodmen Road and Cumbre Vista (another new Colorado Springs Neighborhood)

Breakdown of the 1,982 Acre Wolf Ranch Community Layout:

Like Wolf Ranch advertising says, “Discover the best address in Colorado Springs.” Look at what Wolf Ranch has to offer:

• 1,438 acres for residential development
• 100 acres for schools
• 300 acres of parks and open space
  This includes 7 city parks, 2 neighborhood “pocket parks,” 5 wetland ponds, and the 2011 scheduled building of Wolf Ranch Lake – a large lake to the south of Briargate Parkway.
• 10 miles of trails – perfect for hiking, biking and/or walking.
• 27 acres for neighborhood commercial use (southwest Wolf Ranch)
• 39 acres of mixed use
