Wolf Ranch is a new home community in NE Colorado Springs, offering newer resale homes for sale as well as quality new build homes for sale.

Wolf Ranch is scheduled to be complete somewhere between 2020 and 2025 – making this a 15-20 year build out. An estimated 8,000 homes will be built in Wolf Ranch by the time this Colorado Springs neighborhood is complete.

Lot sizes for new homes built in Wolf Ranch will range from 25 homes per acre (to include town home communities) all the way to just 1 home per acre (in northern Wolf Ranch).

• John Laing Homes – John Laing offers two types of new homes in Wolf Ranch
  • Parkwood: Charming single family homes with attached rear access garages on low/no maintenance lots (high $200k’s)
  • The Villages: Larger single family homes on 6,000 – 10,000 sf lots. (mid $300k’s)
• Goetzmann Homes – Gorgeous new homes in Wolf Ranch in the mid-high $300k’s
• Beazer Homes – Beautiful new homes from the mid $300k’s to the high $400k’s
• Classic Homes – Local builder offering new homes for sale from the mid $200k’s to the high $300k’s
• Vantage Homes – Offering (in my opinion) some of the best ranch-style floor plans in Wolf Ranch from the low $400k’s.
