Fountain CO Real Estate Market Offers MANY Affordable Homes

The Fountain CO real estate market is a town located south of Colorado Springs and includes some unincorporated areas of Colorado Springs, like Security and Widefield.

According to the recent Colorado Springs Real Estate Journal article “Housing affordability surges to highest level in 18 years” (vol. 1 No. 18) the median household income is about $64,000 a year – which may afford that family a $250,000 home. Therefore, a $250,000 home is considered “affordable”.
