As you can see, interest rates are STILL at an all time LOW. Between these low rates and the many homes that are now for sale in the Colorado Springs real estate market, NOW is a great time to buy a home.

In fact, NOW is a much better time to buy than a few years ago. No, you wont be making unrealistic short-term equity, but you WILL be benefiting from the fact that homes in Colorado Springs are WAY more affordable (more house for less money) than they have been in almost 10 years.
