Luxury Homes Deals in Colorado Springs – Homes Over $1 Million

You can find a great deal in the Colorado Springs Luxury Home market right now.

The luxury home market has slowed down considerably. We are seeing a significant increase in how long it takes a “high dollar’ home to sell. In 2010, homes over $1 million were on the market almost 10 months before getting an offer and closing and are selling for only 88% of asking price. That’s a 12% difference! (This is compared to 2007, where these same homes were only taking a 7% cut in price and selling in just 6 months.)

Below are the current available Colorado Springs Luxury home deals that are at least $1M and have had at least a 3% reduction in price in the last 6 months. The majority of these homes are concentrated in the Southwest/Broadmoor real estate and the Black Forest real estate markets.
