In the later parts of the 1990’s and early part of the 2000’s Briargate neighborhoods of Charleston Place and Pine Creek took root. Today you can find brand new Briargate homes in the Pine Creek real estate neighborhoods (west of Powers Blvd.), Wolf Ranch real estate neighborhoods, Cordera real estate neighborhoods and Cumbre Vista real estate neighborhoods (east of Powers Blvd.).
