Northgate, Colorado Springs

Northgate is the northeastern most part of Colorado Springs and adjacent to and including the United States Air Force Academy. Northgate is also home to great neighborhoods like the new Flying Horse Golf Community and the mature Gleneagle golf course community. Children attend District 20 schools, like the k-12 Discovery Canyon Campus. Northgate boundaries are Old Ranch Road (south), Baptist Road (north), I-25 (west), and Hwy 83/Northgate Road (east).

Highest Percentage of Homes Sold:

• Marksheffel - 20% of homes sold
  Marksheffel area is east of Marksheffel Rd, consists of both the Banning Lewis Ranch and Claremont Ranch real estate markets, and includes zip code 80927. School District 49.
  
• Northgate - 19% of homes sold
  Northgate is in northern Colorado Springs and include the Gleneagle and Flying Horse real estate markets. Zip code is 80921. School District 20.
• Southeast – 18% of homes sold
  Southeast Colorado Springs includes Pikes Peak Park, Soaring Eagles and Sand Creek real estate markets. It is in Harrison School District 2 and includes both zip codes 80910 and 80916.

Lowest Percentage of Homes Sold:

• Black Forest - 8% of homes sold
  Black Forest is in the northernmost part of Colorado Springs and the southern part of Monument, and includes zip code 80908 and 80831. School Districts 20, 38 and 49.
  
• Southwest - 9% of homes sold
