• Homes sold in September 2008: 63
• Average Sale Price: $222,932
• Median Sale Price: $200,850
• Average Days on Market: 62 days (compared to 59 in August)
• Average Sale Price/List Price: 98.3%

Townhomes and Condos in Northeast Colorado Springs

• Active homes for sale: 134 (34 new listings in September)
• Homes sold in September 2008: 13
• Average Sale Price: $139,076
• Median Sale Price: $152,500
• Average Days on Market: 91 days (compared to 84 days in August)
• Average Sale Price/List Price: 95.2%
