• Active homes for sale: 17 (5 new listings in November)
• Homes sold in November 2008: 5
• Average Sale Price: $216,263
• Median Sale Price: $220,000
• Average Days on Market: 53 days (compared to 136 days in October)
• Average Sale Price/List Price: 81.1%
