• Homes sold in August 2008: 39
• Average Sale Price: $327,657
• Median Sale Price: $314,000
• Average Days on Market: 63 days (drastically down from 107 days in July)
• Average Sale Price/List Price: 97.1%

Townhomes and Condos in Northwest Colorado Springs

• Active homes for sale:70 (12 new listings in August)
• Homes sold in August 2008:9
• Average Sale Price: $187,580
• Median Sale Price: $154,500
• Average Days on Market:138 days (up from 59 days in July)
• Average Sale Price/List Price: 98.3%
