              • Northgate - 19% of homes sold
                Northgate is in northern Colorado Springs and include the Gleneagle and Flying Horse real estate markets. Zip code is 80921. School District 20.
              • Southeast – 18% of homes sold
                Southeast Colorado Springs includes Pikes Peak Park, Soaring Eagles and Sand Creek real estate markets. It is in Harrison School District 2 and includes both zip codes 80910 and 80916.

              Lowest Percentage of Homes Sold:

              • Black Forest - 8% of homes sold
