In about half the areas, inventory went down and sales went up for 2 months in a row!  Other areas saw an increase in average sales price. So, there appears to be good news in almost ALL areas on Colorado Springs this Spring!

Comments: In 2010, the East Colorado Springs real estate market had between 178 and 316 homes available each month. The most homes were available in August and the lowest selection of homes was in February.
