Eastside homes that sold in January 2011 were on the market the longest, at 141 days. Homes that sold in December 2011 averages just 64 days before accepting an offer.

Colorado Springs Housing Market Snapshot for April 2011

The Colorado Springs real estate market is quite diverse. House prices and sales vary widely from neighborhood to neighborhood. Here is a housing market snapshot for the different areas of Colorado Springs, for April 2011.

In about half the areas, inventory went down and sales went up for 2 months in a row!  Other areas saw an increase in average sales price. So, there appears to be good news in almost ALL areas on Colorado Springs this Spring!
