The Colorado Springs real estate market is quite diverse. House prices and sales vary widely from neighborhood to neighborhood. Here is a housing market snapshot for the different areas of Colorado Springs, for April 2011.

In about half the areas, inventory went down and sales went up for 2 months in a row!  Other areas saw an increase in average sales price. So, there appears to be good news in almost ALL areas on Colorado Springs this Spring!
