Homes in the NW Colorado Springs real estate market took an average of 102 days to sell in 2011. This is about a week longer than the area average, of 90 days for El Paso County. N/W Colorado Springs is home to the neighborhoods of Rockrimmon, Peregrine and Mountain Shadows.

Colorado Springs Housing Market Snapshot for April 2011

The Colorado Springs real estate market is quite diverse. House prices and sales vary widely from neighborhood to neighborhood. Here is a housing market snapshot for the different areas of Colorado Springs, for April 2011.

In about half the areas, inventory went down and sales went up for 2 months in a row!  Other areas saw an increase in average sales price. So, there appears to be good news in almost ALL areas on Colorado Springs this Spring!
