Cedar Heights is a luxury home community in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the west Colorado Springs real estate market where homes have sweeping views of Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain, Garden of the Gods and downtown Colorado Springs. Access to Cedar Heights is located at the southern entrance to Garden of the Gods. This is a gated community with guards who are on duty 24/7. The guards greet everyone who comes in and out of the area, they patrol and plow the streets and centrally monitor home security systems.

People who own homes in Cedar Heights have access to miles of hiking trials and 2 private parks:

• Echo Canyon Park – a small recreational park, and
• Solitude Park – a much larger (300 acres) park for hiking and light recreational use

Schools

Although Cedar Heights is located in  Colorado Springs, children in this community are a part of Manitou Springs School District 14. School buses are available to take kids K-8th grade to and from school.
