3. Marketing: What kind of marketing did your last agent do? Extensive target and online marketing is more important now, than ever! With more and more homes going on the market, how your property is marketed is key. Just a sign in the yard and a listing in the MLS doesn’t cut it anymore. When interviewing for a Realtor® make sure you ask about their marketing plan … Do they heavily market their listings? Or do they just market themselves?
